Divisions:	Men’s Grandmasters Men’s Masters Men’s Elite Men’s High School Women’s Elite Women’s Collegiate Women’s High School
Registration Fee:	$650.00 per team / $600.00 per team for returning 2009 teams registering on or before June 30th.
Registration Deadline:	September 1st *
* Note: Teams are accepted on a first paid, first served basis and registration may close earlier if divisions are full.
